Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen West Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field records. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
