Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
