Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Thistle Construction Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
