Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Sacramento with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
