Westbrook Meadow Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms.
