Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Partners is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
