Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Harbor Freight Partners and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
