Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Union Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
