Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Fresno. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
