Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
