Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Keystone Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
