Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
