Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Manufacturing and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
