Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
