Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
