Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Sable Markets Associates is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
