Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
