Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Cedar Quill Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
