Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Drift Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Rochester, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
