Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Group is a Miami food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
