Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
