Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Lumen Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Nashville, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
