Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Silverline Stone Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
