Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Lumen Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
