Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Baltimore. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
