Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Northwind Rowan Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
