Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Nova Summit Press Group is a printer and publisher in Wichita serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
