Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
