Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
