Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Pine Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
