Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
