Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Summit Press produces print and digital publications in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
