Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
