Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
