Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
