Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Westbrook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fort Worth region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
