Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Foods is a Tampa food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
