Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration.
