Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Clearpath River Markets Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
