Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
