Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around El Paso. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
