Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
