Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Amberfield Hollow Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
