Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Silverline Maple Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
