Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
