Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
