Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
