Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bright Mill Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
