Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Nova Lantern Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
