Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
